Oh, while I'm here, stopping traffic...
Who say the traffic police in Mthatha don't have a sense of pride in
their jobs? This officer opted for a pop-up valet for his vehicle while
he was on point duty.
What I didn't mention is the fact that I took lots of pics, in the hope of including the officer directing the traffic in one of them. Unfortunately, another officer saw me taking photos, came up and demanded to know why I was taking pics. She didn't believe that I thought this was 'just funny', and insisted I delete all the pics with cops in them. Pity.
